8月19日上午9時(shí)許，山東省棗莊市嶧城區(qū)境內(nèi)的華沃（山東）水泥有限公司原料車間在檢修過(guò)程中發(fā)生一起一氧化碳中毒事故，造成1人中毒，4人因施救不當(dāng)中毒。事故發(fā)生后，當(dāng)?shù)厥小^(qū)兩級(jí)黨政主要負(fù)責(zé)同志和相關(guān)部門接報(bào)后立即趕赴現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，全力組織救援。目前，5名傷者經(jīng)搶救無(wú)效死亡。棗莊市人民政府新聞辦公室通過(guò)官方微博及時(shí)發(fā)布了消息。

  事故發(fā)生后，國(guó)內(nèi)眾多媒體對(duì)此事進(jìn)行了報(bào)道。那么，作為本次事故主體的華沃（山東）水泥有限公司是一家什么樣的公司呢？該公司與華沃（棗莊）水泥有限公司以及巴西水泥巨頭沃特蘭亭水泥集團(tuán)又有什么關(guān)系呢？

  據(jù)沃特蘭亭水泥集團(tuán)提供的資料顯示，華沃（山東）水泥有限公司與華沃（棗莊）水泥有限公司無(wú)任何關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司已于2017年6月將持有的華沃（山東）水泥有限公司的股權(quán)全部對(duì)外轉(zhuǎn)讓，且于2017年6月7日完成華沃（山東）水泥有限公司股東及法定代表人的工商變更登記。自2017年6月起，沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司已經(jīng)不參與華沃（山東）水泥有限公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理，此后華沃（山東）水泥有限公司的任何經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)均與沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司無(wú)關(guān)。

  雖然華沃（山東）水泥有限公司已經(jīng)不屬于沃特蘭亭水泥集團(tuán)，但該公司仍然表示，公司對(duì)此次事故以及人員傷亡深表遺憾悲痛。

  華沃（山東）水泥有限公司與華沃（棗莊）水泥有限公司無(wú)任何關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司已于2017年6月將持有的華沃（山東）水泥有限公司的股權(quán)全部對(duì)外轉(zhuǎn)讓，且于2017年6月7日完成華沃（山東）水泥有限公司股東及法定代表人的工商變更登記。自2017年6月起，沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司已經(jīng)不參與華沃（山東）水泥有限公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理，此后華沃（山東）水泥有限公司的任何經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)均與沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司無(wú)關(guān)。如對(duì)華沃（山東）水泥有限公司的股東及法定代表人變更有任何疑問(wèn)的，可以在國(guó)家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行查詢（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/corp-query-homepage.html）。

  Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. and Huawo (Zaozhuang) Cement Co., Ltd. don’t have any association relationship. Votorantim Cement Co., Ltd. has transferred all shares of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. to external in June 2017, and completed the change of industrial and commercial registration about shareholders and legal representatives of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. on June 7 2017. Since June 2017, Votorantim Cement Co., Ltd. has no longer involve in the operation and management of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd., since then, any business activities of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. have nothing to do with Votorantim Cement Co., Ltd.
